Marc Noyce
Chairman
Marc is a recognised expert in the area of stormwater management and water sensitive urban design. Marc has 25 years’ experience across all levels of the stormwater industry and has held senior positions at Melbourne Water, the Department of Sustainability and Environment and global engineering firm Cardno (now Stantec).
Victorian born, Marc found his passion for water management and urban food production growing up on a family run vegetable market garden.
Marc is a Director Biofilta Pty Ltd, a manufacturer of the Foodcube urban farming product range (www.foodcube.com.au) and Noyce Environmental Pty Ltd.
Marc is passionate about protecting our environment through the implementation of practical water sensitive and climate adaptive solutions and offers consulting services in the areas of flood modelling, stormwater management, climate change adaptation and integrated water management.
As the President of the Sustainable Foundations Group, Marc brings an independent perspective to the group to help focus outcomes that better the industry and environment.
Jim Prior

Jim Prior, a seasoned industry heavyweight with over 30 years of experience in the construction sector, serves as a visionary Director and Owner of Biax. His Biax journey began on trip to New Zealand, where he discovered groundbreaking technology aimed at addressing the environmental impact of EPS polystyrene pods. Recognising the immense potential for a more sustainable solution, Jim brought this innovation to Australia after years of meticulous research and development to tailor it for the local market.
Utilising Holloway Group for contract manufacturing during the challenging COVID years, Jim’s strategic approach ensured the product’s successful integration into the Australian market. Currently serving as the CEO of Holloway Group and a founder and director of Katana Foundations, Jim Prior’s multifaceted expertise and commitment to sustainable solutions continue to drive Biax’s mission.

Tony Milone
Treasurer
Tony Milone has been a key figure in advancing sustainable construction with Cupolex since 2010, specialising in innovative foundation solutions. With over a decade of expertise, Tony has championed thermal and recycled foundation void formers to create efficient, environmentally friendly structures. His work has also emphasised the role of air movement in foundation systems, enhancing energy performance and sustainability.

Nicholas Lord
National Sales Manager, LOKPOD® (ARC)
Secretary
Nick brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry across both the UK and Australia. A qualified Civil Engineer, he has built a career spanning the civil, commercial and residential sectors, with extensive expertise in the specification and delivery of building products and services.
Nick is currently the National Sales Manager for LOKPOD® at ARC – The Australian Reinforcing Company. In this role, he leads the national rollout and adoption of LOKPOD®, a slab void former manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, supporting more sustainable construction outcomes.
With a strong focus on education and collaboration, Nick works closely with builders, engineers, designers and end users to promote best-practice solutions that balance performance, efficiency and environmental responsibility. His practical industry knowledge and passion for sustainability make him a valuable contributor to the Sustainable Foundations Group.
